CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Information you provide to us will not be passed on and is only available to people associated with us. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time. In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, to be able to offer the service you expect from us.

SECURE PAYMENT

Who can shop online?

To be able to shop online with us, you must be at least 15 years old. If you are under 15 years of age, you must get an adult to order for you. If you wish to shop on credit, you must be over 18 years of age.

Safe purchase

We aim to have the absolute best security around sales on the internet, handling of personal data, and payment.

Payment

You will be charged for the order amount when your package is sent from us.

All our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner or USD, this is automatically selected based on your location or you can select it manually on the website.

For Norwegian customers: VAT of 25% is included in all prices. No other fees than what is shown as the total in the checkout are added to the purchase.

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery time

Most of the items you see in the online store are in our warehouse. These are normally packed and sent out within 1-4 working days after we have received your order. A shipment usually takes 7-14 working days, but depending on your location it can take up to 30 days (Packages going to Canada, for example, can take 30 days).

Shipping and fees

All our shipments are transported with the shipping solution you choose, but we have no control over other shipping companies that handle the package outside Norway.

If we cannot deliver your entire order completely, we will contact you before we send out the order.

Unclaimed packages

You must collect the package before the collection deadline set by your local shipping company. If it is not picked up by then, it will automatically be sent back to us. You will then receive a note in the customer register, which means that you cannot place new orders. To unblock this block, you must contact us.

When you have ordered the item for you, you will first receive a collection notification. Your local shipping company should send you a reminder, but we cannot guarantee this. If you still have not collected the item, we will invoice you to cover our costs for postage, collection fees, return postage, and additional work.

Return of goods - Right of withdrawal

For Norwegian customers: Except for specially ordered goods, you have a 14-day cancellation period for goods bought in our online shop. You pay the return shipping yourself if you use the right of cancellation.

If you have received a different item than the one you ordered or items with errors or damage, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can resolve the matter for you.

Items that have been specially ordered cannot be returned. Please do not send returned goods for collection. These are not retrieved.

Customers outside Norway: You are responsible for ensuring that the parts you order are correct as ordered. This can be done by cross-checking the item numbers with a source you trust, alternatively, you can contact us if you are unsure. Returns of wrongly purchased parts are not accepted. If you have received a different item than the one you ordered or items with errors or damage, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can resolve the matter for you.

Appeal deadlines

1. Error during delivery

If you receive a defective or wrongly delivered product, contact us by email. You should contact us as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after delivery.

After we have received your complaint, you will receive a reply with instructions on how to return the item.

2. Faults during the warranty period

We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from manufacturing defects for two years, and we guarantee all our products for two years. If a fault occurs with your product during the warranty period, you can contact us by email. Customer service will give you information on how to proceed with your complaint.

3. Complaint

Notification of errors must be made within a reasonable time from when you discovered or should have discovered the error. The right to complain about a product ceases under all circumstances after three years.

SHIPPING

Shipping worldwide. Keep in mind that we ship from Norway, and therefore the delivery time is going to be longer.

TAX AND IMPORT FEES

Depending on your location, there may be potential import charges that you'll need to pay when you receive your item. This is out of our control, and each country and / or state has its own tax laws.
